Acceptance

Royalpanda is operated by TigerGen Limited, registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) under registration No. OPIG1337313 and offering online gaming in Ontario under an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario. These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and TigerGen Limited. By registering or using the service you confirm that you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and, where you claim them, the applicable bonus terms.

Eligibility

• You must be 19 years of age or older and physically located in the Province of Ontario.
• You must register in your own legal name and hold only one account.
• You must not be excluded from Ontario regulated internet gaming, and you must not be an employee (or relative of an employee) prohibited from participating.
• We may require verification of age, identity, location and source of funds at any time.

Your account

Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or close an account to comply with law or our AGCO registration, to prevent fraud or underage play, or for breach of these terms, and will return verified, eligible balances in accordance with applicable rules.

Deposits & withdrawals

Deposit only with payment methods in your own name. Withdrawals may require identity verification before funds are released and are paid to a verified method where possible. We apply anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer checks as required by law. Processing times depend on your method and any verification needed.

Bonuses & wagering

Bonuses are optional and subject to specific terms shown when you claim, including wagering (play-through) requirements, eligible games, maximum bets and expiry. Bonus funds and any winnings from them cannot be withdrawn until the requirements are met. We may withhold or remove bonuses and related winnings obtained through error, abuse or breach of terms. Advertised offers and amounts are examples and may change.

Fair play

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators and are independently tested. You agree to play fairly and not to use bots, collusion, exploits or any method that unfairly affects outcomes. We may void bets and winnings resulting from technical faults, obvious error or abuse.

Prohibited use

You must not use the service if you are under 19, outside Ontario, self-excluded, or otherwise prohibited; use another person's identity or payment method; or attempt to circumvent our controls. Breach may result in account closure and forfeiture of ineligible winnings, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Disputes & governing law

If you have a complaint, contact our support team first — see Contact Us. If we cannot resolve it, you may escalate to the AGCO and iGaming Ontario as described on our Contact AGCO page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and where required we will notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
