Who regulates us
Royalpanda is operated by TigerGen Limited, registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) under registration No. OPIG1337313 and offering online gaming in Ontario under an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario. The AGCO is the provincial regulator responsible for administering Ontario's gaming laws and standards. iGaming Ontario (iGO), a subsidiary of the AGCO, conducts and manages internet gaming offered by registered operators in Ontario.
Raising a concern
If you have a concern or complaint about your experience on Royalpanda, please contact our support team first through Contact Us — most issues are resolved quickly. If your complaint is unresolved, you can escalate it to the AGCO. The AGCO reviews complaints about registered operators to make sure they meet Ontario's standards.
