How to open an account, pass verification and make a first deposit.

Who can play

To register and play on Panda Casino you must:

  • Be 19 years of age or older — the legal gambling age in Ontario;
  • Be physically located in the Province of Ontario when you register and when you play;
  • Open only one account per person, and register in your own legal name;
  • Not be listed on a self-exclusion program that applies to Ontario internet gaming.

We verify age, identity and location as required by the AGCO. Accounts that cannot be verified will be limited or closed and any affected balances returned in line with our Terms & Conditions.

Create your account

Registration takes about three minutes and runs in three steps:

  • Step 1 — About you: first and last name exactly as they appear on your government-issued ID, date of birth, email and a Canadian mobile number.
  • Step 2 — Address & security: your residential street address, city and Ontario postal code (PO boxes cannot be accepted), province, and a password of at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter and a number.
  • Step 3 — Safer play & confirmations: set a deposit limit and the period it applies to, then confirm that you are 19 or older, physically located in Ontario, and not self-excluded through BetGuard or any other Ontario program, and accept the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
  • Marketing email and SMS are optional and off by default. Ticking that box gives your express consent under CASL, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Verify your identity

Before your first withdrawal (and in some cases before a deposit) we check your identity and age. You may be asked for government-issued ID and proof of address. This is a condition of our AGCO registration. How we store this data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Add funds

Deposit with Visa, Mastercard, Interac, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. The method has to be registered in your own name. If you want a hard cap on deposits, set or lower your deposit limit before adding funds — decreases apply immediately, increases take 24 hours.
